Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aro-Ingersoll-Rand 650060-D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automatic-Valve products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asm product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automatic-Valve such as the A6848AAF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BHD24 manufactured by Asm and we are pleased to be able to service most Asm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 032024005 by Manufacturer Asm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aucom Brand EMX3700B7C1H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Asco such as EF8210B026 equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 11982001010 made by Ati-Systems as well as the popular LCF50BUU original spares produced by Askubal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EN359BS5C by Avg-Autotech-Corporation and EF8210B026 spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EMX30820B7C1H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aucom.
